INTENDED AUDIENCE Staff who have been on Level 1 course and on “Writing Information for Court” course and who are required to prepare information to court in care and related proceedings.

AIM You will need to have completed coursework for “Writing Information for Family Court Proceedings” course to attend this program.

This day is partly taught and partly interactive. Candidates will gain experience of presenting the information they have prepared from the “Writing Information for Court” training. They will develop their presentation skills and gain experience of a ‘court like’ environment by being questioned about their information.
