INTENDED AUDIENCE Managers who supervise staff in family court proceedings and who attend court either as witnesses or to support practitioners

AIM This half day workshop is for managers to bring specific challenges and issues and discuss/resolve these in a workshop environment. An overview of the issues must be provided to the training team 10 days before to prepare.

Information about recent case law developments and protocols as well as legislation will also be shared as part of the workshop.
