Getting Married in a Hertfordshire Registration Office

Hertfordshire has eight Registration Offices with professional registration staff to advise you. Please contact them to discuss your choices for your special day.

In all our offices it is now possible to hold a ceremony outside normal working hours including Saturday afternoons, Sundays and Bank Holidays. For this option contact the office of your choice and staff will advise you of the room hire charge and attendance fee.

As soon as you have decided on your preferred options contact the office to reserve the date and time for your marriage.

You will be advised of the requirements for your formal notice of marriage.
