Cabinet, The (Reed)
A beautifully preserved 16th Century Inn and restaurant with low beamed ceilings, a cosy fireplace, serene country setting and a welcoming pint of real ale: The Cabinet is a place most people think only exists in novels.
Now under new ownership, business partners Simon Smith and Mark Hagger, with their new award winning Head Chef and General Manager Richard King, welcome you to the homely atmosphere of the newly refurbished award winning restaurant and Inn.
Situated in the small village of Reed, a couple of miles away from the market town of Buntingford and near Royston, you will find The Cabinet just off the A10 London to Cambridge road within easy travelling distance from London.
The Cabinet, meaning 'small room or meeting place' is an ideal location for private functions, parties or corporate dining.
