Facilities for people with disabilities:
The Music/Media Studio in Alma Road operates on the top floor and has no accessibility for wheel chair users and those with limited mobility.

All ground floor entrances and exits are wheelchair friendly and there is an accessible outside toilet facility but no hoist facility.

The staff team are equipped to support young people with a range of learning and educational needs and keen to work with partners to support young people with sensory disabilities.

Please contact the project to discuss specific requirements to support individual needs and/or disabilities.

Whether you are a new comer or a seasoned bedroom producer; if you are a young person aged between 13 and 19 years old and interested in the behind the scenes side of the music industry, such as producing, songwriting or recording, then feel free to contact the studio, it could be a great way for you to learn the ropes and develop your talents!

When it comes to music we work with all styles - rock, pop, Hip Hop, RnB, drum and bass, DJing, jingles, opera, acoustic….so whatever your flava get in touch and check out the County Music/Media Studio.

We’re also interested in film and animation and have some great facilities and equipment for you to learn from or perfect your skills with.

All our activities can lead to recorded outcomes or accreditation as we recognise that you can have fun and learn something at the same time. This means you can learn new skills, work as a team with our technicians and work towards completing a range of music based projects that can provide you with a nationally recognised qualification.
