If you are a young person living, working or attending school in St Albans City and District that wants to make a difference and can rise to the challenge of representing the views of other young people then St Albans Youth Council is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with.
The Youth Council is your space to make the views of young people known and tell decision makers what are the key issues and needs for young people. The project always welcomes new members and young people are encouraged to get in touch by contacting the existing Youth Council members via the website www.sayc.org.uk
Facilities for people with disabilities:
St Albans Youth Council is open to all young people aged 13 – 19 from the local area. The main meetings take place in an accessible building and the team will work with individuals, families and other organisations to provide the appropriate level of support as required.
Parent/affiliated organisation:
Supported by Youth Connexions Hertfordshire and St Albans City and District Councils. St Albans Youth Council aims to improve the lives of young people in the City and the surrounding areas.
