Willow Farm Village's A-maize-ing Maze opens on Saturday 19th July 2008. The Maze is grown each year from 320,000 individual maize seeds. When the crop is ready the maze is cut to a plan provided by well-known maze master Tuck Hegarty from New Zealand. Covering four acres, it provides a test of initiative and lots of fun for all ages. By mid summer the crop will be over three metres high (10ft), making cheating virtually impossible. For those who find this prospect a little too daunting, escape maps are provided before entry and there are a number of escape routes.

The Maze is open until 31st August after which the maize crop will be harvested, yeilding approximately 80 tonnes of food for the farm animals.
