This pleasant parkland is situated adjacent to Hartham Leisure Centre.

Facilities include:
* Tennis courts
* Football pitches
* Bowling green

A trim trail is marked out around the common. There is a large picnic area and a fully enclosed play area for children.
Bookings for the courts and pitches are taken at Hartham Pool Reception.

The woodland on the Common, known locally as the Warren, has been enhanced with the support of East Herts Council. Footpath access has been improved. Five walks ranging in length from 0.6 to 3.8 miles are described in leaflets with notes on the history and wildlife of Hartham Common and King's Meads.
