Fairlands Valley Park

120 acres of beautiful parkland with an 11 acre sailing lake.

Snacks and meals served all day at Costello's Cafe (01438 748458).

Watersports available for 8 years and over:
* Adult and junior sailing courses and sailing dinghy hire;
* Angling on main lake with facilities for disabled anglers;
* Sailing & windsurfing tuition and hire available for adults and children.

Also available:
* Paddling pools open from Whitsun - free;
* Orienteering course - maps available from sailing centre office;
* Trim -track - free;
* Mobile climbing wall available on or off site.

Various events throughout the year, eg. circuses, fairs, fetes etc. Grounds may be hired for private functions.Park open all the time.

Sailing Centre seasonally variable 8-00am to 4-00pm in winter, 8-00am to 8.30pm in summer.

Directions: Brown and white signage will lead to the site from major routes.

Accessibility: Radar key. Easy access to toilets and Costello's Cafe.
