This is a small community hall used for community groups, children's parties and as a polling station. It is run by Boundary Way Residents Association.

* Old people's club every Monday;
* Youth clubs on Tuesday and Thursday.

No bookings taken for ages 14-18 year olds.

The Residents Association meets on the first Tuesday of the month. They liaise with the Council.

Catering Facilities: Small kitchen with cooker.

Directions: Off Horseshoe Lane. Estate next to Francis Combe School

Accessibility: Ramp; toilets; no stairs.

Facilities: Car parking all around Community Hall.
