Wheathampstead Memorial Hall

The Memorial Hall is licensed for music and dancing, stage plays and cinematographic performances.

The Main Hall: stage productions, capacity 170; dances 250 (including Hewitt Room); dinners 150 (including Hewitt Room).

The Hewitt Room, with full length windows that have a panoramic view over open countryside, is served by a bar counter and is separated from the main hall by folding doors. Its capacity is 50 seated; 75 informal. Fitted Projection Screen.

Stage with direct service entrance to car park. Equipped with full stage lighting.

The Green Room is suitable for small meetings.

Catering Facilities: Kitchen equipped with 10 gas rings, 2 large ovens, pressure boiler with steam injector for making instant hot drinks, fridge-freezer, large hot cupboard, adequate sinks, preparation tables and approximately 200 cups and saucers.

Directions: Junction 4 A1(M) 5 miles. Bus service only during the daytime.

Accessibility: Access is provided for the disabled. Disabled toilet.
