Barleys village hall is over 470 years old, is a grade two star listed building and has been fully renovated and extended. Situated in Church End, opposite the Church in the heart of Barley.

This historic building, which won the North Herts Civic Award in 1994, offers:
* A large hall (1st floor) which can seat 100 for a meal.
* Two smaller halls (ground floor).
* Two kitchens (one on each floor).
* Modern toilet facilities including those for the disabled, plus full accesss for the disabled to the ground floor.
* Public pay phone 01763 849119.
* Village playing field is 50 yards to the rear of the building.
* Off road car parking for aproximately 30 cars.

Barley Town House is an Approved Ceremony Venue

  • The Committee Room - 16
People wishing to book the Town House should in the first instance contact the Mrs Martin, Lettings Officer.

Accessibility: There are modern toilet facilities for the disabled and full access to the ground floor for the disabled.
