Bury Farm Parlour (Nuthampstead)

Bury Farm Parlour is based at Bury Farm in Nuthampstead and was recently converted from a disused cowshed with the help of DEFRA's Rural Enterprise Scheme. The Parlour provides a classroom for educational visits to the farm, a village hall for the village of Nuthampstead and a holiday playscheme.

Schools are invited to visit the working arable farm and use the facilities of Bury Farm Parlour for educational purposes. A holiday playscheme is held during the holidays, including half term, for 4-12 year olds.

The Parlour is also available for hire to local groups (there are reduced rates for Nuthampstead village residents). The Parlour can also be booked for conferences and meetings on a full or half day hire and lunch and refreshments can be provided.

Costs:
* Standard Hire Costs - £45.00 for 4 hours then £10.00 per hour after that. Rates negotiable for multiple bookings.

* Conference Costs - Full day (9am-5pm) £90.00. Half day (9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm) £55.00 + VAT. Lunch and refreshments are extra.

The Parlour is available 7 days a week (daytime and evenings) for conferences or private hire. Please contact for further information.
