London TravelWatch (formerly known as, London Transport Users Committee) was set up under the Greater London Authority Act 1999 and represents the users of transport provided by Transport for London and, represents the users of rail services in and around London.

London TravelWatch is independent of the transport industry, and will consider representations from passagers who are dissatisfied with the way transport operators have dealt with their concerns.

Office opening hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.
