Guild of Letting and Management (National Association)
The Guild of Letting and Management is an association for letting agents and landlords nation wide.
It provides a government-approved code of practice for members to adhere to, when offering their services to the public.
The public have the right to complain or ask for arbitration where they feel they have been offered a poor service or unfairly treated by a 'Guild' member firm.
