The Business and Technology Centre offers modern managed workspace on a monthly rental basis, with onsite support which includes for both offices and light industrial units.

The Innovation Relay Centre assists companies through established support networks and well developed industrial and academic relationships.

Services provided include conferencing facilities, telephone answering services, post box facilities and more. Many of these services are available to tenants and non-tenants alike. Free parking is available on the site, which is 5 minutes from junction 7 of the A1(M).

Monday-Friday - 8.30am-5.00pm (reception)
Clients have access 24hours 7 days a week
