Founded in 1975, Rights of Women is a not for profit organisation committed to informing, educating and empowering women concerning the law and their legal rights. They offer free confidential legal advice to women by their telephone helplines.

Advice Lines:
General legal advice line: 020 7251 6577
Contact their women lawyers for legal advice on issues including: divorce/relationship breakdown, domestic violence, children issues, child support, cohabitation, sexual harassment, lesbian parenting, civil partnerships and more.

Advice line opening times:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2.00pm-4.00pm and then 7.00pm-9.00pm

Sexual violence legal advice line: 020 7251 8887
Contact their women lawyers for legal advice on issues including rape, sexual assault, child sex offences, family related sex offences, trafficking, asylum 8 immigration law, general criminal law issues.

Advice ine opening times:
Monday from 11.00am to 1.00pm and Tuesday from 10.00am to 12.00 (noon).
