Confidential emotional support available at any hour of the day or night for anyone passing through personal crisis, and possibly with thoughts of suicide. Available by telephone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Contact may also be made by letter and in person.
This centre is open 10.00am-9.00pm, Monday-Thursday, Saturday & Sunday 10.00am-mid afternoon, but it is best to phone first to ensure someone will be available.
