Grange Paddocks has two swimming pools with public swimming sessions including lane swimming, women only, adults only, everybody welcome and early morning. There are also classes available: over 50's keep fit, watertherapy (for people recovering from injuries), adult water fitness, and aqua natal for expectant mums.

The air-conditioned technogym has a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Book your introductory session with the qualified instructor.
There is a solarium and 13 football pitches (3 7-a-side, 7 adult and 3 junior pitches).
Grange Paddocks and Sworders Field has an outdoor trim trail, for jogging or strolling (free of charge).
