This is a competitive swimming club. The Club teaches from 5 years old through to coaching for all levels, including Masters.

The club meets in the Furzefield Centre, Potters Bar and Queenswood School at the following times:

* Mondays 6.15pm-7.45pm;
* Wednesdays 6.15pm-7.45pm;
* Thursdays 6.15pm-8.15pm;
* Fridays 7.15pm-9.15pm;
* Saturdays 7.45am-8.45am;
* Sundays 6.00pm-8.00pm.

Different squads will swim at different times within the times mentioned.

Affiliated organisations: Hertfordshire Amateur Swimming Association.
