The Club has been in operation for 40 years.

Sessions are held on Tuesday evenings, at Watford Girls Grammar School, Watford, between 8.00pm and 9.00pm.

The Club teaches a wide range of skills and courses in all aspects of water safety, personal survival and the supervision of pools. A great way to keep fit and safe at the same time.

Courses include:
* Rescue Test for Teachers and Coaches of Swimming;
* Bronze Medallion;
* Award of Merit;
* Distinction;
* Lifesaving 1,2,3;
* Life Support;
* Save a babies life course.
