Training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.15 at Woollams. All coaches are now catering for players of all abilities so come and join in.

There are:
* 5 sides (senior) and Colts;
* 2 womens rugby teams (OA Saints) & 1 junior girls side;
* mini/junior section (under 7's to under 17's).
