Tuesdays from 7.30pm to 9.00pm at Friends Meeting House, Handside Lane - Kundalini yoga
Wednesday from 10.00am to 11.00am at Hardings Hall, Panshangar - Restorative yoga
Thursdays from 4.30pm to 6.00pm at Friends Meeting House, Handside Lane - Hatha yoga

Yoga classes offered for all abilities.

Classical Hatha yoga, Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan), Remedial Yoga and one to one private classes.
