Yoga Classes at Wodson Sports and Recreation Centre aims to offer Gentle effective Exercise based on Hatha Yoga Technique.

It aims to be energising, invigorating and relaxing to improve your feeling of well being, mind, body and spirit.

Classes are held at Wodson Park at the following times:
* Tuesdays 9.30am-11.00am;
* Wednesdays 8.30pm-10.00pm;
* Fridays 9.30am-11.00am.
