AWARE Yoga Centre, Church Street, Sucklings Yard, Ware.
* Class times:
Thursday 8.15pm to 9.45pm.
Costs: £6.50 per session for drop-in attendance; £20.00 for 4 week booking.
BWY Hatha Yoga Class. Beginners and those returning to their practice are welcome as regular or drop in attendees.
Registration by phone or email please. No equipment necessary.
Ample parking in Sucklings Yard (after 6.00pm only) or Tesco's.
A lovely warm, comfortable setting, perfectly conductive for Yoga practice.
