Day/Time of yoga classes:

* St Albans on Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm (mixed level class, suitable for beginners) and 7.45pm (challenging flow class).

* Harpenden on Wednesday evenings at 7.00pm (mixed level class, suitable for beginners).

Costs: First class is free, then 1 hour class is £6.00 and one and half hour class is £7.00.

Workshops often arranged, please see website for further information.
