Regular classes:
Beginners - A systematic introduction to the practice of yoga, emphasising proper exercise, proper breathing, relaxation and concentration techniques.
Intermediate - For students who are confident in the basic postures and now wish to expand through variations in postures and breathing techniques.
Times:
Beginners: Tuesdays 7.40pm-9.10pm;
Intermediate: Thursdays 7.30pm-9.00pm.
