* Monday mornings, Northaw Village Hall 9.30am-11.00am;

* Monday evenings, Hadley Hall, Barnet 7.30pm-9.00pm;

* Tuesday mornings, Hadley Hall, Barnet 9.45am-11.15am;

* Friday mornings, Hadley Hall, Barnet 9.30am-11.15am.

Cost: £6.00.

Also offers reflexology treatments and massage.
