* Hitchin Town Hall Gym, Brand Street - Tuesdays 10.15am-11.45am .

Costs: £6.00 classes; £25.00 one to ones.

Yoga 'means' union between body, mind and spirit. Style of yoga is Anusara inspired. Anusara means 'to follow with grace' and is one of the fastest yoga styles world. Allowing you to obtain that overall fitness of strength, flexibility and gain peace of mind, while you express your beauty, compassion and creativity for life.
