Class' focus on correct postural alignments and connecting breath and movement, working with the bodies natural energies. Classes are run by experienced and fully qualified BWY (Dip) Yoga teacher and I.A.I.M instructor.
Times and Venues:
* Tuesday: Mornings and afternoons, Infant Massage. 5 week courses, run throughout the year at Friends Meeting House, Hitchin.
* Thursday: 6.00pm to 7.00pm and 7.00pm to 8.00pm, Antenatal yoga at Friends Meeting House, Hitchin.
* Thursday: 8.30pm-10.00pm at St Michaels Community Centre, Hitchin. General Drop in class suitable for all levels.
* Meditation meetings are held on the last Sunday of every month from 7.00pm to 8.30pm at the Friends Meeting House, Hitchin.
Costs: £6.00 per class.
All classes are beginner to intermediate level. Workshops, Corporate Yoga, Yoga in Schools, Yoga Retreats and Remedial Yoga available, please contact for details.
Everyone welcome. Wear lose comfortable clothing and take a mat and/or blanket.
