Monday afternoon: St Albans Tennis Club, Jersey Lane, Marshalswick, St Albans.
Monday evening: St Nicholas Church Hall, Harpenden.

Days/Times:
Monday 1.30-3.00pm St Albans venue
Monday 8.30-10.00pm Harpenden venue

Costs:
St Albans £8.00 per session (payable per half term);
Harpenden £10.00 per session (payable per half term).

Qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher working with adults of all ages, levels and abilities. Welcomes yoga students to work at their own level and develop their yoga to suit their lifestyle.

In addition works in schools training classroom teachers to integrate yoga into the classroom.
