* Venue for classes:
The Yoga Hall, 11 Hatfield Road, St Albans AL1 3RR.

* Class times:
Tuesdays from 2.00pm to 2.30pm for two and half years to four years.

Yogabugs is for children aged two and half to four year olds (30 minute classes) and those aged five to seven years old (45 minute classes).

We teach children yoga in a creative and imaginative way using stories, games and songs. The posture work will help them maintain flexibility and mobility and improve concentration levels.

* Cost: £6.00 per class to be paid within the first two weeks of each half term.
