Mondays from 7.30pm to 9.30pm

Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on relaxation.

Gentle, non-competitive exercise in a relaxing atmosphere.

We are a friendly group. All ages and both men and women are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.
