Aerobic Fitness and Fun taught by Mrs Paula Wright (Qualifications are RSA/LCYMCA/50+/KFA). Member of The Register of Exercise Professionals. Classes for all ages 16-60+. Classes include:
* Using small weights - Dyna Bands to improve muscle tone;
* Weight bearing exercises included to help prevent osteoporosis and improve strength of muscles and bones;
* Cardio vascular work to improve heart and lung function;
* Mobilisation exercises and stretch - to improve movement and range of muscles and joints;
* 40+ and 50+ classes and senior age group classes catered for with special care.
Daytimes Aerobic Fitness Sessions:
* Tuesdays 9.30am-11.00am, Fowlmere V Hall - No Creche;
* Thursdays 9.30am-11am, Royston Catholic Church Hall;
Evening Aerobic Fitness and Fun Classes:
* Mondays 7.30pm-9.00pm, Bassingbourn Junior School (Intermediate and advanced level);
* Wednesdays 7.45pm-9.00pm, Roysia School;
* Thursdays 7.45pm-9.00pm, Bassingbourn Junior School.
50+ Fit for Life/Exercise to music:
* Tuesdays 1.30pm-2.45pm, Methodist Church Hall, Royston.
50+ Exercise to Music/Fit for Life:
* Thursdays 11.15am-12.45pm, Royston Catholic Church Hall.
