The basic aim is to improve and maintain health, to develop good body form and posture.

Typical methods are a special rhythmic way of using small apparatus such as balls, clubs and hoops to music.

Classes are suitable for women of all ages and are held on:
Thursdays at 10.30am at Goffs Oak Methodist Church Hall.

Costs are £2.50 for an hour. Optional membership £16 pa. Concessions for membership not available.
