First Steps to Fitness:
Monday 6.45pm-7.45pm at Lyonsdown Hall, Lyonsdown Road, New Barnet.
Ideal for newcomers and returners. Fun, motivating and simple routines plus body toning exercises. All shapes and sizes welcome.
Bums Tums and Thighs:
Tuesday 7.30pm-8.30pm at Christ Church Hall, 620 High Road, North Finchley, N12 (opp Homebase).
Aerobics followed by toning exercises for the lower half, a little bit more of a challenge.
Fitness Pilates:
Wednesday 10.00am-11.00am at Woodside Park Club, Southover, Woodside Park, N12.
Fitness Pilates is an exercise programme designed to enhance the posture, strength, balance and stability of a healthy adult.
All classes cost £4.00.
Fully qualified instructor, RSA/YMCA/REPS.
