Anne Lee provides support, encouragement and expertise in exercise and fitness. She offers personal one to one training or, if preferred, you can bring a friend and work together.

Qualified with ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a Personal Trainer, she holds a degree in Biology/Psychology and is a fully qualified teacher. Her studio is in the Chesham area but she is happy to travel to your work or home.
