* Tuesday from 11.00am to 12noon at Wesley Hall, Stapylton Road, Barnet.
* Tuesday from 6.30pm o 7.30pm and 7.30pm to 8.30pm at Kingsmead Pre-SChool, Stanstead Road, Hertford.
* Wednesday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, 7.30pm to 8.30pm and 8.30pm to 9.30pm at Hoddesdon Youth Centre, Walton Road, Hoddesdon.
Pilates is becoming increasingly popular with the general public of all ages and levels of fitness. Because the exercises are all adaptable to the needs of the individual, it is suitable for anyone from rehabilitation patients to elite athletes.
Pilates focuses on core stability, improving posture and mind/body awareness. It lengthens and stretches the muscles, increases strength and improves balance, reduces stress, relieves stiffness and tension.
