Craig O’Toole Personal Training provides tailor made exercise and nutrition programs for clients regardless of age, gender or fitness level. Whether you want to loose weight, improve aerobic fitness, build muscle, improve core strength / proprioception, rehabilitate after injury/illness, improve flexibility or improve sporting performance, we can develop you a safe and effective exercise program combined with specific nutritional advice.

We will travel to you home, work place or public area (park etc) at a time that is convenient to you and supply you with a workout using the most up to date scientific knowledge and top of the range training equipment, meaning that you can rest assured you will get the perfect workout every time!

We believe that to help you improve yourself we need to be constantly improving ourselves. Our program of continued professional development means that we will always be bringing you the most cutting edge advice on training, nutrition, health and well-being.

BSc (Hons) Sports Technology;
Advanced Personal Training Diploma;
Circuit training instructor;
Core stability instructor;
Pilates instructor;
Gym instructor;
OUTBOX instructor (Boxing);
Fully insured;
Member of Institute for Optimum Nutrition;
Nutrition and Weight Management Speciailist;
REPS;
First aid trained.
