Hydrashape-me offers hydraulic resistance training.

At Hydrashape you will find a wide range of women (with limited sessions for men) working out with you - we range in age from 14 to 88 and are all shapes and sizes.

Mums work out straight from taking their children to school - bringing their babies or toddlers along with them.

We are open for you to drop in and work out from early until late why not exercise in your lunch hour or straight from work?
