With a fully equipped REEBOK gym and studio, Tring was the first Exclusively Ladies to be developed. The friendly staff will be delighted to show you round the facilities including Sauna, Steam Room, Sun Tanning Tube and relax area.

The average age at Tring is 42 and we have clients from 16 to 80 plus (of all shapes and sizes) who regularly attend. The staff at Tring pride themselves on friendly service and constructive help that gets results. Classes on every day and include Pedal Power, Pilates, Yoga, Jazz dance, 'Bums and Tums' and many, many more. We have classes for all ranges of ability and also have Personal Training available on site.
