This club meets at Parmiters School. It runs nine teams, aged from 14 to 40 years. It aims to make links with schools in order to achieve continuity. Trials usually begin in late June/July. Regular training from early September, on Thursday evenings outside and Tuesdays inside the sports hall.
The club takes part in 2 competitive indoor leagues during the main playing season: Monday and Tuesday.
Summer Netball is organised in friendly leagues. Top level competition is provided in the East Regional League, Division 1.
In conjunction with this club there is also a club for younger netball players aged from 8 to 13 years. Approved and supported by England Netball. Players of all abilities attend. Top level competition pushes those who have the skill to participate in National Junior events.
A 'back to netball' session for players who have not played for some time meets on Thursdays 7.30pm-9.00pm at Parmiters School, Garston.
Qualified coaches aim to make playing netball fun while developing skills and try to identify potential, and encourage its development. They will help young players gain access to county based netball academies and to represent their borough in the Herts Youth Games event, held annually.
There are coaching and umpiring opportunities.
