Today the association has over 2,200 participants affiliated through 165 clubs belonging to 10 senior leagues and 4 junior leagues, plus around 130 senior and 15 primary schools. There is also a Sport Partnership with the emerging school Sports Partnership across Herts.

Coaching and umpiring courses are available through the leagues.
