Royston Netball Club

Everyone is welcome from beginners to the more experienced players who would like to make new friends and get fit at the same time.

Training sessions are held every Wednesday evening at 7.30pm until 9.00pm. They use two courts which are floodlit and fenced in so they should never lose their balls! They provide all the equipment umpires and a qualified coach but please note they are always on the lookout for more umpires.

They also recognise that youngsters, who range from 9-15, are the future of their club and have established a junior club which also train every Wednesday at 6.30pm for one hour. The session is run by their qualified coach with assistance from senior club members.

The training sessions are held at Greneway School (tennis court area), Garden Walk, Royston.

Costs:
Senior Club - £3.50 per training session or £90.00 per year, & match fees;
Junior Club - £2.00 per training session;
Students £45.00 per year & match fees; £3.50 training fees.

They currently have 3 teams, one of which play in the Cambridgeshire League one in the Regional Division and other in an outdoor league at Stevenage.

As well as playing throughout the winter season they also enter summer leagues and tournaments.

The Club is affiliated to the All England Netball Association (AENA).
