The League covers from Waltham Abbey to Potters Bar (west to East), from Ware to North Circular Road (North to South). They hold between 10 to 15 meetings from August to May of various sizes to discuss business of the league (always held at Wolsey Hall in Cheshunt).
They organise Sunday morning football for adults. At present they have five divisions comprising of not less than eleven teams. They are presently over 3000 registered players.
The league has been in exictence since 1961, being an off shoot of the Waltham Saturday League which was founded in 1916, (which folded in 1992).
Season 2007/2008 teams from the league have successfully reached Essex Junior Cup Final, which they won.
They are affiliated to The Football Association; Hertfordshire FA, Essex FA, Middlesex FA and London FA.
