The Club meets all the year round at Hemel Hempstead School, Heath Lane, Hemel Hempstead on Tuesdays 7.00pm-9.30pm and Thursdays 7.30pm-10.00pm.
On Tuesdays in the New Gym the 'Dacorum Buccaneers' (12-16 year olds) meet from 7.00pm-8.30pm followed by Club members until 9.30pm. Beginners courses for the Buccaneers are run 3 times a year, when equipment is provided.
On Thursdays, our main Club night, members meet in the New Gym for a programme generally consisting of a warm-up session followed by specific fencing exercises, group training, individual coaching and fighting practice. Beginners courses are run 3 times a year, when equipment is provided.
Teaching is based on the National Achievement Awards. There are opportunities for competitive fencing in club matches and County Championships and improving performances in training days, etc.
