The Club meets at 7.30pm each Monday (all year round, except Bank Holidays). Club time trials are held on Thursdays between April and August at Great Gaddesden.

Venue (club room): Nash Mills Recreation Centre, Nash Mills Lane, Hemel Hempstead.

Caters for all aspects of cycling including touring, racing and ATB's. Open to anyone 7 years or above.
