Leisure cycling at weekends. Regular Sunday rides all the year round from Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas into Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
All age groups catered for. Beginners welcome. You need a cycle with gears and you need a reasonable standard of fitness. Mileages - 30-50 miles in winter and 40-60 miles in summer. Breaks for elevenses and lunch.
Clubroom at Colney Heath, Thursday evenings - games, competitions, slide shows and social events.
