Aims:

* To encourage cycling in St Albans District;
* To establish cycling as a serious option in a balanced transport system for St Albans;
* To support, assist and influence local authorities responsible for transport.

Activities:

* Identifying cycle routes;
* Promoting safe routes to schools;
* Liaising with other groups, CTC;
* Organising cycling and social events for the family.

Committee meets monthly, public meetings advertised locally.

Costs are £5.00 per household per year.

Affiliated to Cyclist Touring Club (CTC)

Publications: Map of Alban Way.
Members Age Range: Nought to Ninety.
Member of the cycle campaign network (CNN).
