Summary Herts Association of Cricket Coaches

The aims and objectives of the HACC are:
* to improve all aspects of cricket coaching at all levels for men and women;
* to provide a forum for the discussion, development and promotion of cricket and cricket coaching;
* to encourage coaches and prospective coaches to achieve their full potential;
* to encourage and ensure cricketers, ex-cricketers and schoolteachers to become qualified cricket coaches;
* to establish a programme for coach qualification and development which is consistent with the targets set out in the County's Cricket Development Plan;
* to maintain a register of all qualified cricket coaches in Hertfordshire;
* to maintain constituent membership of the Hertfordshire County Cricket Association;
* to support the aims and objectives of the England and Wales Cricket Board Coaches Association (ECBCA);
* to recognise the principlesof sport equity, Equal opportunities and child protection.

Age requirements: To obtain basic Level One qualification (England and Wales Cricket Board) you need to be 16.

National Organisation: England and Wales Cricket Board Coaches Association.

Affiliated to the Herts County Cricket Association.
